I have received a call from credit mantri and i been informed that they will help me solve my negative account. They have come with an option and as per that option i have made the payment of Rs.26, 461.14 on 2nd- Apr-2021, which is more than 9 months since i have made the payment. When i checked my cibil score i have found that i issue not been resolved and checked on credit mantri for customer care details. I was surprised that there is no customer care number.
As i have been receiving calls from creditmantri and being asked to make the payment. in all my calls i have informed that payment already has been made and i have been getting the anwer "your issue get resolved soon".
Then i have tried to contact them through Credit Mantri Facebook page about 6 months ago, i got a call from them and my issue get resolved soon.
Finally i have contacted them through email by sending a email to [protected]@creditmantri, com, [protected]@creditmantri.com & [protected]@creditmantri.com, still there is no response.
Please suggest me take a suitable action against creditmantri, Thanks in advance.
