This Company is nothing but a bunch of recovery agent which all the bank have hired to harass consumer in the name of credit worthiness.
They do not pick up phone, their registered mobile of wrong, they have no contact number, they are nothing but cheaters. They do not contact you when they got money for credit services. They only contact you for payment but if you want to consult something they will not will you a single call/ Neither...

Past one month I'm getting calls from credit mantri about resolving my negative score by paying 999 along with GST, after particular confirmations regarding hidden charges finally I paid 1, 179 rupees (including GST) on[protected], after completing my payment they started harrasing to pay additional charges to get reports every month, as per my right I rejected their offer, but one of the customer care senior executive repeatedly forcing...

Some two three years back I subscribed to clear my credit card settled account through your website but nothing happened after long time I cat call about my credit card of city bank Thant in place of 52000 if I pay 30000 same day on provided link my card will removed from settled but nothing happened and when I enquire from city bank after making payment they said we have not given any such offer and your outstanding still 52000. I have already paid 1179/- on 29th Jan'21 thru my Citi credit card to dissolve disputes and increase my credit score.

Very strange experience, despite several requests no one is taking the ownership to show bare minimum courtesy or professionalism to call me and address the issues. what is more painful is the way your team members calls from different numbers and when I answer the call they simply keeping it on hold for a few seconds and disconnecting the calls.

These people from creditmantri are not removing my account even after me sending mail to them so many times to the mail I'd mentioned by them on their website. They say they do not use our details they collect. But they are so rigid on not deleting my data and say they have put on DND service. I want them to delete my data from their base and never contact me again....

It is the CIBIL only which is playing a big game with the Middle Class people of India, why CIBIL is not applicable for Big Companies who are looting Banks.
I have wrong ICICI credit card on my name, the name on the card is wrong but has my PAN no included which has spoiled my credit score. even after writing the same thing to CIBIL they still support Banks only. This Is INDIA enjoy the life the way it comes to you.
