    They told me that the card payment and resolution will be done
    by 24 hrs. But not done.

        I have taken subscription to clear issue of my axis bank credit card issue... i paid amount before 6 months.. but till they have not provide any services.
        i paid total amount of above credit card but axis bank not given NOC and showing in my CIBIL report as Negative account.

        Hence i requesting you please remove negative account from my CIBIL report and issue NOC for above said credit card

          This is to bring your notice that on daily basis, I'm getting calls from CreditMantri and they are saying that I'm a defaulter for HDF Credit Card Payment from 2008, Which is completely wrong.

          They are mentioning that in 2008 I was using one HDFC credit card and the payment was due. Which is not true. In 2008 I don't have a credit card & I was not using the present Mobile number. I was asking them to provide my full details. They are not able to provide my full name and they are not able to provide the transaction details as well. Without having the proper information on a daily basis they are harassing me with their calls and they are quoting me as a Defaulter.

          I would like to take this complaint and take necessary action against them.

            This is to bring your notice that, on daily basis, I'm getting calls from CreditMantri and they are saying that I'm a defaulter for HDFC credit card Payment from 2008. Which is not at all true.

They are not able to tell me my full name and they are not able to provide the transaction details as well.               Dear Sir,

              I don't have any account in Kotak Bank in my life or i have not took any loan from that bank.But regularly i am getting message from credit manthri, saying that i am due to that bank.I am very much disgusted to get such message, where i am not having any connection.
              Kindly look in to it immediately and clear the matter to me.

                Its about a year ago i have made the payment against my settled sbi card account, as one time settled amount confirmed by credit mantri. Even after all these days, my issue still not been resolved. i have tried to contact them through email, phone & scocial media,

                Still there is no updated.

                  I have done the payment of 1170/- rs for resolving the negative account. Now again and again I’m getting call from Credit mantri team to do the payment of 570/- rs for credit report. 1.This is ridiculous.
                  2.You guys should have update me before then I would have not taken the plan. This is really waste of time.
                  3.There is no contact number on google to connect with you and your team.No response on email as well.
                  4. Worst service.
                  5. Had bad experience.
                  6. If I will not get any response or update from your team. I will update everything on twitter.
                  7. This is cheap tactic of getting more money from customers. Yes, you read it right.
                  No solution on the service wht I have taken, you guys are pushing me for new plan.

                          I have taken credit Mantry subscription by paying Rs 1179. I have one negative account so I want to resolve that. Credit Mantry suggest me to pay all the outstanding amount so I paid all the outstanding amount.but still showing outstanding amount on credit Card account.after the 3 month happened.
                          Now credit Mantry dose not their customers number or any thing other source to contact them.
                          Please help us regarding this issue.

                            I have received a call from credit mantri and i been informed that they will help me solve my negative account. They have come with an option and as per that option i have made the payment of Rs.26, 461.14 on 2nd- Apr-2021, which is more than 9 months since i have made the payment. When i checked my cibil score i have found that i issue not been resolved and checked on credit mantri for customer care details. I was surprised that there is no customer care number.

                            As i have been receiving calls from creditmantri and being asked to make the payment. in all my calls i have informed that payment already has been made and i have been getting the anwer "your issue get resolved soon".

                            Then i have tried to contact them through Credit Mantri Facebook page about 6 months ago, i got a call from them and my issue get resolved soon.

                            Finally i have contacted them through email by sending a email to [protected]@creditmantri, com, [protected]@creditmantri.com & [protected]@creditmantri.com, still there is no response.

                            Please suggest me take a suitable action against creditmantri, Thanks in advance.

                              I paid for the service of CIS on 17-January-2022 after being promised to be cleared of my loan and improving my credit score, but its been near 2 months since I paid them but there have been no update since then and they won't even talk to me, they are scamming people of their money everyday

                                  I got a message as I have not paid the Emi payment. I logged in to credit mantri and the information they had was totally wrong So I contacted customer care chennai. I got a callback from credit mantri tamil customer care and she denied to accept my query and talking harshly with abusive words. I have her call recordings.
