CreditMantri — After Paying Full Amount the Account Status shows "Post Written Off Settled" instead of Closed | |||
During the "Covid-19" Lock Down they Very much Eager to collect the find to close account which Credit card dues. After paying in DEC 2021 no response from the company support desk or we don't have proper account relations manager who can resolve customer queries. Jan 16, 2023 Updated by [email protected] HI, Still waited for solution. none of representative taken ownership to close the customer query. my CC SBI Account payment transection done on 13 Dec 2021 and but till date Credit Mantri shows unpaid.   | |||
