CreditMantri — application not accepting

Respected whomsoever it may concerned.
After i have been to bank and taken a clear bank statement from bank and scanned all the documents. All the files are within2mb but still my application is not accepting. May i know the reason? Kindly help me getting my loan please for i have been starving past15 days.

Please remove my account details fro your database including my pan & mobile number as I don't want my credit score checked frequently further by you.

Please confirm the removal/deactivation and I want the process to be completed ASAP.

My credit card issues was not solve right now and there is no call from your side to me
Just only reply by mail I tried many time to call you by the number which is given in credit mantri page but the call was not pickup so pa please solve my issues and talk to me
