CreditMantri — applying for credit card without my consent

Dear creditmantri team, this is istiyak shaikh, today i have received an sms from credit mantri by saying that my sbi credit card application has been rejected, but i have not applied for it, due to this rejection my cibil score will be impacted, and before my consent how creditmantri is applying for any loan and credit card application?
