CreditMantri — clearing issue with sbi cards on amicable settlement, but nothing is done so far expect informing me the current o/s which i already knew.

Dear sir,
I remitted rs. 820/- on 17.04.19 thru online as sbi cards settlement after your repeated numerous calls.
I kept this sum of rs 820/- for some of my urgent needs, but had given to you, only to keep me credit healthy believing your statements.
I already had talks with sbi cards people for an earliest settlement fixed as 140000/- last year on which i already paid 80000/- last year, and the balance was 60000/-. This year i already paid 10000/- on february 2019, 10000/- on march 2019, 10000/- on april 2019 and the balance to be paid is 30000/-. As per the monthly sbi cards statement, the total o/s is 116170/-
I received a mail from you on 23/04/19 stating that you talked to sbi cards people and informed me thru mail that the current o/s is 116170/- and my eagerness, if any, to repay the amount.
I already knew the current o/s as 116170/-, and i will never repay the current o/s to sbi cards who already know this.
I will pay only the balance of rs 30000/- on the coming three months.
I need your help only to reduce the balance sum of rs 30000/- and to keep my account status closed instead of written off.
Hence pls do help me as above and not informing me the current o/s.
