CreditMantri — Credit Card Was Not Used & They are quoting I'm a Defaulter

This is to bring your notice that, on daily basis, I'm getting calls from CreditMantri and they are saying that I'm a defaulter for HDFC credit card Payment from 2008. Which is not at all true.

They are mentioning that in 2008 I was using one HDFC credit card and the payment was due. Which is not true. In 2008 I don't have a credit card & I was not using the present mobile number. I have asked them about the full details of my name & the transaction details of the outstanding amount which they are quoting. They are not able to tell me my full name and they are not able to provide the transaction details as well. Without having the proper information on a daily basis they are harassing me with their calls.

I request you to take necessary action on this.
