CreditMantri — credit improvement services

One day i got a call from credit mantri regarding my negative accounts reflecting in my cibil score where they can help in resolving those kind of issues. I denied first later they started following me up and daily they used to call me 5 to 10 times a day to pay the amount to start the service. After the payment nothing has been moved and its been more than 2 months now still the status of services remains same and even there is no update on the status.

A standard reply they are giving saying that they are coordinating with the bank. How long will it take to resolve this issue even for this also they have an answer.

This is ridiculous after the payment service is very pathetic. I have already lost 2 months of time because of you guys, i need the services to given on priority or need a penalty for which i have paid to you guys with an interest.
