I don't remember creating a account with credit mantri, i have written them emails to delete the account and also had got a call from their customer care and they agreed to delete my account however they have still not deleted my account and keep sending my credit score. I have not given any right to credit mantri to do the same

Kindly delete my account asap...

One day i got a call from credit mantri regarding my negative accounts reflecting in my cibil score where they can help in resolving those kind of issues. I denied first later they started following me up and daily they used to call me 5 to 10 times a day to pay the amount to start the service. After the payment nothing has been moved and its been more than 2 months now still the status of services remains same and even there is no update...

My SBI credit card No. [protected] falsely shown as Negative account in thier app but in reality same account was having zero amount due. Credit mantri charged me 645 plus GST and 400 plus GST claiming they will resolve to close negative account . Either this app cheating public or problem should be with the app. Finding hard to reach them over phone also. Don't believe creditmantri app. Regards, Janardhan [protected]...

As i have received phone calls from your team to refund my fees against wrong commitment for to clear my negative credit report but steel i don't get any refund from credit mantri even i make complaint on your application many times. Still you are not process it tomorrow i will we not able to wait more. And i will be make a froudulant complains to grahak suraksha... Tomorrow....
