CreditMantri — creditmantri falsely mentioning accounts as negative. cheating public

My SBI credit card No. [protected] falsely shown as Negative account in thier app but in reality same account was having zero amount due. Credit mantri charged me 645 plus GST and 400 plus GST claiming they will resolve to close negative account . Either this app cheating public or problem should be with the app. Finding hard to reach them over phone also. Don't believe creditmantri app. Regards, Janardhan [protected]

I have applied loan in credit mantri, may i know what is the next step I need to do.How to submit documents.Please let me know I am elligible or not.Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.Can you please let me know the criteria for loan .If I am elligible then within how many days I can get the money.Upto how much amount I can get loan .
