CreditMantri — CreditMantri Paid for the resolve of my negative account but no any resolution Didn't get

Its been more than 2 weeks I have paid for resolution for my negative account but still there is no any response till date, its not good at all that though you get the payment, not taking any action about my negative account, only getting reply thru SMS that your outstanding amount on SBI Credit Card will be revised in 3 days, pay now to avoid additional interest.

Please do the needfull.
