They never respond clearly about your query or clarification... There is no specific email id given to interact with customer service team nor there is online chat and neither any helpline contact number!! I have been trying to get a proper clear response on a query after paying them and i have got zero response that explains the matter. For 3 of my matters, all im getting are standard auto generated responses and no human response which tells me the details i need to know. According to cibil report i have to pay a bank xxx amount to settle while on credit mantri, they say a higher amount to settle with the bank. Seems fraud.
