I have paid 1770 rs to resolve issue with two of my old accounts noted by their website.

They have contacted hdfc bank and provided me the amount pending as 52968 inr by email.

This is a false information.

I already settled with the bank around 8 years back and i also have the noc/no dues certificate.

So how they people may get such a amount pending from bank side.

I also looked other websites like paisabazaar and they all are showing that this account has been closed and showing current balance as 0.

Seems like that creditmantri is not to resolve problems but to create problems.

I will aware everyone for the same.

    They never respond clearly about your query or clarification... There is no specific email id given to interact with customer service team nor there is online chat and neither any helpline contact number!! I have been trying to get a proper clear response on a query after paying them and i have got zero response that explains the matter.     I don’t know how such type of information fake information update on my account by you.

    Please delete extra and wrong information which is not mine..otherwise I will raise complaint against you and your service….

[protected], i availed services of credit mantri to improve my CIBIL or CREDIT SCORE. i pay for 1 query amount 750 each with tax but one month gone none of the executive responded and nothing happens. every time when call on toll free no. they said they forward complaint to concerned department and that department call us. but didn't receive ant call till date. again I called the executive several days but he switched off the phone. Its very poor and pathetic service. I think its fake and fraud company...

                All of you don't pay to credit mantri for improve credit score or settlement any account.

                We have paid Rs.2, 250/- dated 22/10/2016 towards enhance credit limit for three accounts.

                Don't trust Credit Mantri. They take money to negotiate with Banks to resolve the issues, but at the end they will force us to pay the money. They do nothing, waste of money
