CreditMantri — Deregister my account /unauthorised usage of my PAN details

Hi,
Credit Mantri Team are using my PAN to check my cbil very frequently .
They are not even taking my approval when checking my CBIL score .Many times i told them to delete my account and mentioned that i don, t want to receive any calls .But they are threatening and me.

Please help to unsubscribe me from Credit Mantri, I don't want to receive any more calls from them .I have my own freedom who are this guys to disturb me mentally every day .Who has given authorization to call the customers if not interested .

Respected Consumer Court Please help me to remove my account from credit mantri.
