CreditMantri — False credit score and issue resolving scam

Hello, I got an alert from creditmanti about my credit score dropping. I quickly checked and saw that there was 2 accounts they are showing more than 10 years old paid and settled, as unresolved.

I paid for the detailed report and now I am getting email asking me to pay due amount to the banks.
I had already paid the said amount and also have settlement statements. From credit score 850 I am now at 630.
I can't find any customer support number or email to write my complain.
Please help
