    Hello,

    I have subscribed to credit fit program to clear my RBL negative account. Now they are asking me to pay for more services. There is no customer care or contact number to which you can speak or raise your concern and they won’t even reply to your emails.

    I want my money back.

      First I subscribed for two negative accounts correction credit after that corrections done after 2 months I think that also not done by credit mantri it atomatically updated by cibil
      And applied for loan but still no status update then one person called after 3 months of struggle to contact them
      He said take credit fit subscription we will process your loan asap
      Then I subscribed that also after that no will contact or didn't give any update

            I paid 3k and took subscription to clear the negitive impact accounts affecting my cibil, and I closed all the loans before taking subscription even though Im sending the proofs and settlement mails, there asking extra money behalf of lenders but lenders gave me clearance like settlement offer mail and all
            They promised me that they settle the things between me and my lender but there are failing to do so if they can’t do it u want my amount back ASAP

              I want to delete an account from CreditMantri, which is not created by myself. I am a citizen of the USA not in India. CreditMantri belongs to an Indian website and I guess It will provide services for Indian Citizens.

              Today I just emailed two time to request to delete my Account. Please wipe all my data from your database.

                  They called constantly and convinced by paying 1415 and 589rs there would be revised in my credit score however, post payment they are not calling me despite call back message left on their website and app. There is no contact number to call them or customer service provided. This is totally unacceptable.

                    I paid money for the credit fit program where they had assured that I will get one to one service with a credit councillor who will tell me how to improve my credit score.. till date I have not heard from them once even and they never respond to any mail plus they have a fake TollFree number which never rings..
                    it’s Blatant Dacoity by such companies and they need to be taken to task by the Finance Ministry ..

                        I had the terrible idea of signing up for your website and now I being bombarded with spam emails and calls. I tried contacting to their customer care and also the grievance officer, but I never got a single response from them.

                        I am making a complaint against CreditMantri so that I can remove all my personal and banking details from their system as soon as possible.

                          Please deactivate my creditMantri profile and account associated with email ID - arjun.[protected]@gmail.com and confirm the deactivation by email or sms. I want the process to be completed very soon. I tried mailing [protected]@creditmantri.com but didn't get any reply. I am forced to do this because I cannot find any other deactivation option in your app. Otherwise i would have done it myself.

                                I request you to DELETE my account and shared related data with creditmantri. Don't send me any loan and any other offers and related information now and later.

                                One of the issue...
                                As recommend moneyview loan by you, i did not like and not completed application process because they offer me very small amount of rs.4000 only. But the message received from you " your loan application rejected by moneyview ". What is this?.. I think that you are playing with borrower's credit score!!! Is this ethic??
                                I don't like this system of the company

                                Please delete all you have getting information and database from me earlier.
