Creditmantri Finserve Private Limited — Credit Improvement Services

Updated by Anand Kuchibhotla n high confidence and faith on Credit Mantri Finserve Private Limited, I made a payment of Rs. 1179 to Credit Mantri to utilise their services on Credit improvement services and to ensure 1 negative account of mine to make it positive such that my CIBIL score will increase to satisfactory levels. I am quite positive, hearing to their false commitments, i feel into their trap and got cheated with Credit Mantri. After having paid 1179 on 09th of Dec 2021 vide invoice number INV/CIS/ARS/[protected]/S/JUL/00636563, They are asking for additional 499 under some subscription offer which is meaningless, why was i told to pay 1179 in the first place and what was that for at all. This company seems to be making money by fooling customer through an entry fee of 1179 and further sleezing money form customers like me. I am not at happy with this company and may i request the company to refund my amount already paid which is 1179.00. I will take this to the next level like RBI and Ambudsman if not resolved at this level please note.
