Creditmantri Advisor Amal(vasanthraj mantri- [protected])taken Rs. 5894 / - from me in the name of Creditmantri saying that they will increase the CIBIL number in 10 days. He has even given an invoice for that money on 06th January 2022. After getting money Amal (Vasant Raj Mantri )contacted me only 5-6 days after receiving the money from me on 06th January 22 and disconnected me after that.
After that I realize I was cheated by Amal(Advisor)and bring this to your attention.
You do not have to do anything to increase my CIBIL. I take care of it myself. Therefore send back the money of Rs. 5894 / - sent in the name of your company to me immediately.
Otherwise I will take legal action against your company and expose the magician's magic to the world. Abandon the tendency to live by exploiting the money of the poor. Innocents like me should no longer be deceived by your wishes.
Promissing to Solve my credit problem within 10 days AMAL received Rs. 5894 / - from me
The call came from the same office number [protected] after Amal, an advisor, disconnected the phone. The woman named SHABNAM disconnected the phone just to tell the adviser to talk to Amal.
Please refund the money received from me respectfully without doing these scams anymore.
Otherwise I will take legal action against you.
Please reply to me within three days.

I got one call from credit card fruid group he said yiur civil score is too low but I will do ok after 1179 rs deposit but after a deposit he said more payment transfered & currently no answering

Please note that i am getting email from credit mantri stating that cibil score is negative on account written off loan as submitted by DMI FINANCE.
dmi finance has wrongly reported to the bureau that my account is negative.
and the same has been mentioned by credit mantri without verification and i am getting email stating that my account is negative.
i have already filed compliant against DMI FINANCE and if further i receive message from credit mantri stating that my account is negative the customer will file complaint to the concerned authorities for sending email without verification

Hi took a service for account resolution from credit Mantri but now they didn’t close any of my negative and didn’t get any final price from the lender. Will taking the package for resolution they told me their will clear the issue in a week but now they are picking the call if I call from other number they are picking the call after listening the details they are ending the call without any information

I susbscribed for resolution of 1 of my negative accounts . On their assurance that atleast you will get a renegotiated amount by 10-20%, I subscribed for the same .. three months later they are asking me to pay the same amount as bank is asking for. CreditMantri is a fraud .. no service provided to me hence you have no right to keep my 1100 bucks that I paid to you for account resolution . They are a fake. They collect money from miserable people like us, and then just tell them the same amount to be paid as bank is asking . I need my 1100 charges I paid back . CreditMantri fraudulently collected from me this amount.

I am not interested in any of your plans and please note that you don't have any customer helpline number, and i am not giving any letter of authority to contact any bank and if it is accidentally given by mistake i revoke that, i have already written it to you in the month of Jan still i am receiving email and sms from your end, please send me confirmation that henceforth you are not contacting anyone on my behalf, if this is not done i will be taking legal action and make a police complaint also as you don't have any customer care number and you take letter of authority by trick.

I opted for credit improvement services to settle my Written off Axis credit Card but no response for 3 months, I still don't the status of my account. Whenever I raise a request they say its still in progress.

Credit Mantri Team are using my PAN to check my cbil very frequently .
They are not even taking my approval when checking my CBIL score .Many times i told them to delete my account and mentioned that i don, t want to receive any calls .But they are threatening and me.

Please help to unsubscribe me from Credit Mantri, I don't want to receive any more calls from them .I have my own freedom who are this guys to disturb me mentally every day .Who has given authorization to call the customers if not interested .

This company is very fraud

I have Pais Rs.999.00 + GST to this company to avail services
This company executive had constantly followed up for providing services
and in any conversation, they have not to mention extra amount Rs.449.00 +GST but just after making payment of Rs.999.00 + GST

Immediately in next moment, they have started asking for More Rs.449.00 +GST which amount never explained by their telecaller before

My argument is complete my task in above Amount what I have paid or return my payment

Kindly provide an authorized agency where can I Email this query
