Dear sir,

During the month of November -2016, I contacted the organization through its website"www.creditmantri.com" for my credit score improvement and debt reconsolidation, with a promise that the team will arrange to improve my credit score by contacting my previous lenders or by arranging the debt reconsolidation amount, within 30 days.

As per the procedures required by the organization, I submitted all the documents and fee required for the registration on 18th November 2016.

After the registration I got few mails from the organization showing the communication between creditmantri and my previous lenders, in which the lenders also responded positively about the required amount and clarification, but after those conversations creditmantri team stopped working on the queries of mine.

I sent them lot of mails, lot of queries through their website and also I am calling to there executives they are not responding properly .

Almost 2 months are completed and the team is just saying we have contacted this and that but not giving me any proper service regarding my problem and due to the Time consumption I am suffering and getting threats by the lenders.

Therefore please help me in this matter .

Again I have got another communication from credit mantri representative, saying about the complaint and asking for documentation charges for loan processing and I have paid again 2250/- as per their mail and after the payment they immediately sent another mail for the payment of 1400.

Therefore please help me out in this matter seriously.

Around three days ago I got the call from the credit mantri team saying that few statement are still pending from my lenders side, after submitting all the documents a number of times . This team is just making me fool. Please do some needful, because this is the real practice if such organizations to grab money from the people's who are in trouble, by making false dream promises .

Updated by ankur1503 Still I am waiting for the action by credit team, they got the intimation about my complaint to you and informed me that they will resolve the issue by Wednesday 25th January 2017. But still after 2 days completion there is no one from their team who can answer my query.

It is Ku humble request, that please tell me the way I should proceed with because these creditmantri team members are not answering any call and not responding any mails or queries Now. Also they are not refunding my money and I am suffering a lot.
