Before few days, I got a call from your side and they asking for subscribing you for improving my credit score. After thinking about it, I subscribe to Service for removing bad impact from my Cibil score but the agent don’t tell me that I need to subscribe anything else for improving my Cibil score.
I paid 1179 and after that I am continuously getting calls from your company, asking me to subscribe their credit report and saying it’s mandatory. If something is mandatory, then it have to be out to the customer and starting so the customer will think about it and then subscribe all the services that is mandatory. I just need a resolution. Please remove the impact of bad account from my Cibil score and if it is not possible without subscribing that report then please refund my Rs.1179 as soon as possible and cancel the service immediately. If I continuously keep getting these calls, then I will file a case against you in consumer forum. I hope you understand my situation.
