CreditMantri — loan details not received

Sir/maam, this is Ramesh Kumar yadav a resident of #2713 B12 ADHARSH Nagar Nayagaon. I applied a loan from your app (credit mantri) few days back. I was asked to gather some details for my loan to pass. I was told that a person would come and collect the details from me from my home only. No one came to the address above to collect the details of the loan on the appointment date(28 June 2018). I am very annoyed with the service of your's.please reply as soon as possible whether the person would collect the details from me or not. So that I have a reason to apply from somewhere else
