CreditMantri — my loan lender bank showing me pending for payment confirmation

I have made payment on 10-nov., 2017 as per your outstanding my lender which was given by you. But still payment in not updated in my loan account. So please let me know why it is still not updated.

Also i do don't increased even a single point in my cibil score also i shown in you portal is showing me payment status pending status.

I have attached payment copy for your reference.
