My name is Naveen Arutla and my phone # is [protected]. I have repeatedly complained to Credit mantri's office to not to access my personal information like credit score, PAN, All my complaints to credit mantri team has fallen on deaf years. Inspite of repeated reminders and emails to the customer service team they are not deleting my information and are consistently accessing my account information. I have time and again given a written complaint to their customer care to delete my account completely and not to have any of my information and that i'm not giving any permission for them to have my details - I'm taking this public and will have to take necessary action since Credit mantri has been harrasing me and keeping my information without my approval.

    My name is manikandan & iam a resident of chennai city. I was approached by your executives over phone updating me about my delinquency in payment of my 2 wheeler loan and how credit mantri will assist in resolution of the same without adversely affecting my credit worthiness.
    Iam shamed to inform you that i have processed the initial service fee about a month back as requested and have yet again received a notice from my bank i. E. Indusind bank regarding further course of action at the banks end.
    If this is not dealt with on priority, i will be forced to take steps involving legal action against false claims made by credit mantri.

      This is with regards to the credit card payment were in i have issue in sorting out, i see my outstanding is showing as 5, 500 rs i am ready to pay the money but i am not getting a proper information from bank about my o/s clearing could you help me in getting this resolved at the earliest, because of this issue i am facing lot of loans which is not been approved.

As you say that within 30-35 day will get a NOC from bank. But did not get it. Kindly resolve and send a NOC latter as soon. We will wait for this.

I have got a call from credit mantri that if i pay the subscription amount my status in cibil will be changed as a settlement to closed status.                 poor service after full payment regarding settlement of a negative account.

                I bikash panigrahi have a feeling like being cheated from the mentioned company called creditmantri. Initially they called me like many a times to take their offer regarding one of my negative credit card account which was affecting my cibil. Then what i got to see in their website is that all i have to pay is 51% of the outstanding.
                I thought it was ok to give it a try as they promised to completely waive off my pending amount. Not...

                fake credit mantri , one of the cheating company in india

                Hi all, I paid all dues then I have taken subscription from creditmantri to fallow up the lender for the closure update to the cibil.
                I have subscribed creditmantri for my 2 negative accounts, i have paid the amount as they requested for subscription, creditmantri never worked on my 2 negative accounts, creditmantri wastes our time, all the executives from creditmantri lies to their customers, instead of approaching creditmantri, try...

                  Creditmantri executives are blindly forwarding my details for applications for loans and credit cards. I never requested them to forward any application on my behalf.
                  Every morning i get to see a new email that my application is rejected. Also i get the calls for the same.
                  These people are forwarding the requests without my concern and spoiling my cibil and repo for future requirement (If any)

                  Also, there is no appropriate contact point where i can raise this concern...

                  I have paid 3.5 k to improve my cibil score and it's been 1.5 months and I have not received any call from credit mantri regarding cibil score . Initially they had promised me that we would resolve your cibil score but still I don't see any improvement .

                      As per credit mantri they will solve my one credit card issue while it is showing in negative and i had given them 1740 including gst. Your executive robert had committed that they will solve my issue in 7 day if not done they will do return process of money now. Now the its more than a 7 day still they are not receiving call and money is not revered as per commitment.

                          Vishal infant d [protected] has misled me and is not following up. He gave me a false representation to pay my hdfc dues. I chose 1 shot payment & yet it says payments awaited. I wrote multiple queries please check my account. They close queries and vishal has not called me in months and doesn't answer. No supervisor call. Consumer court is my only option. You have taken money for my services and i did exactly as i was told yet i feel i'm being cheated.

                          They are showing one of my credit cards as active, even though the same has been hotlisted 4 years ago. The card is not even visible in the active card list of my HDFC account.
                          Shame on you CreditMantri for showing incorrect information as a means to extract money.

                            Representatives from credit mantri are forcibly calling from different numbers including weekend and talking ill over call to avail services and using abusive words and tonnes after being getting blocked and reported spam. How pathetic is that for a privacy breach on my records. They do mentioned details of my accounts and claim we can do anything?                             Credit mantri without my permission is forwarding my details to every bank for credit card or any such borrowing application.
                            There is no way to deregister delete account.
                            They haven't provided any customer support email id or contact number on their website to reach out to them.

                            Everyday i receive one email with respect to my application being sent to multiple lenders.

                            I want to stop that.

                            Please help me reach them out

                                I have accounts under my credit history which do not belong to me. I have not had any history with standard chartered till date. But it showes that there 4 unsecured standard chartered accounts in creditmantri app. These do not belong to me and they are effecting my credit score. Please resolve this. I have had a good credit history till date. But for someone i feel that my information has been compromised
