I have subscribed to creditmantri in 20th July 2022 to solve the negative impact of SBI Credit Card and to improve my cibil score too.
Before they said it is just 999+gst and it is 1199 rupees only no need to pay extra once you pay that amount you will get all the details and we will start contacting your lender to solve the issue, after the payment I received call from creditmantri and she said you to pay 999more to get your solved, then I asked why didn't you said this before? then she said this company policy sir you need to pay 999 more otherwise you case will be in pending stage then after some discussion she offered me an offer with discount which is 589 rupees.
So I paid that amount and they said you issue will get solved and you will get l the details with the customer care number mentioned in it.
But I received only invoice of that except that nothing I have received and now I have nothing in my hands to approach them except waiting.
So please beware of this before paying to such people.
This is my second complain and for 1st the didn't responded so I am writing this again.
excepting reply from my creditmantri and the status of my case as well.
Please Don't say that still lender didn't responded waiting for them to respond.
