CreditMantri — not clear my account related issue

Credit mantri call mi so many time to clear my account realeted quieri but when i paid the ammount to credit mantri last 7 to 10 days only send email to credit mantri i want to talk with you plz call mi give mi customer care no i have already handover bike to icici bank so why can i pay to aammount from icici bank.i regularly pay the emi from icici bank to my bike loan
