    I sanjay agrawal and i have applied fro cibil report from credit mantri website on 16th feb 2019.
    I am writing this letter to request a correction of the following information that appears on my cibil report.
    The report shows i have to repay rs. 23, 22, 196/- with respect to housing loan with your bank and the credit card repayment of rs. 1, 20, 000/-
    So, i would like to bring this to your notice that the above mentioned information reflecting on my cibil report is incorrect as i don't have any account with your bank and i have never applied for housing loan facility and the credit card.
    Therefore, request you to kindly look into this matter and resolved the same at the earliest possible.

        Credit mantri call mi so many time to clear my account realeted quieri but when i paid the ammount to credit mantri last 7 to 10 days only send email to credit mantri i want to talk with you plz call mi give mi customer care no i have already handover bike to icici bank so why can i pay to aammount from icici bank.i regularly pay the emi from icici bank to my bike loan...

          T is very pathetic service by credit mantri already 02.01.19 but till date no resolution, misguided by customer service team, clearly i discuss about my issue before activating paid service from resolution on adted 02.01.19 buy payment of inr 997 thru cc avenue. There is manipulation, fraud from credit mantri to cheat customers.

          On dated 06.02.19 sukhvinderpal singh called for service activating from credit mantri-[protected], during discuss about my issue he disconnected call, i think it is planned scam from credit mantri to cheat customers. Response urgently either by resolving issues or refund my money urgently.

          I have lodged complain in credit mantri website but till date there is no response, rather than passing time by credit mantri complian numer-192250, 192247 & 192243.

          I want response from credit mantri by way of resolution or else refund my amount urgently. If not done with in 3 days i will highlight that credit mantri is fake service provider & not resolving any issues of customers.

              Even after requesting not to call they won't listen. They keep on calling me daily. I also unsubscribed from all notifications but they keep calling me. Every time i keep telling not to call me but they don't respect my privacy and keep calling me. I wanted to send a legal notice to them based on their call recordings but i want to try here first. Please help.

                I have paid some amount for solve the issue. Fist paid through upi, fund debited but payment not done successfully. Again paid. I asked company to repay the amount but they did not repaid. And they are keep on calling and distributing me. So i don't want to use this account. Kindly help me to delete this account permanently.                       I have clearly requested to remove my information from your database and stop calling me as I was not interested in your services. Inspire of my humble repeated requests I have been receiving multiple calls and messages. Yesterday it has crossed limits, your executives we're calling me and threatening me to pay the money even if I am not interested saying my calls are getting recorded, will send someone to my office . When I raised my voice they kept on calling me back to
                      back for more than 100 times yesterday along with continuous messages. I have all the messages. Please stop harrassing me with your marketing calls and threatening calls. These guys are calling from Chennai, it became a joke that each time a different person calls me and was laughing at me.. Guys there is a limit, please stop threatening me and please remove me from your database IMMEDIATELY. my email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com. I would like to know if apart from this forum if there is a source where I can complaint and take some action against these goons.

                            I was applied for sbi credit card in 2013. But i didn't utilized it and the plan was also not good. So I blocked it, but I got a message saying to pay joining fee and annual fee. I thought without using credit card why should I pay.
                            And interest was added then total amount becomes 5412₹ But after 30 late payment I paid the amount of 5412₹. And I called sbi customer care to resolve my issue. They have taken my query and raised it in priority. They mentioned we will resolve your issue with in Feb 11th. Still my cibil score is down only. Kindly request you to resolve my issues and increase my cibil.
