Dera concern,

I have never applied for any loan from any of your partner, then why creditmantri has done any inquiry wiithout my consent, your representative misguided me and asked for otp just to send a link. But he has applied a loan on my behalf which is quite illegal and unethical also.
This is fraud you and your representative has done.

Kindly investigate and delete any of loan inquiry on my behalf from cibil also.

    I want to delete my credit mantri account. I do not want my credit score to check every month or receive any emails or text messages.

                  I don't remember creating a account with credit mantri, i have written them emails to delete the account and also had got a call from their customer care and they agreed to delete my account however they have still not deleted my account and keep sending my credit score. I have not given any right to credit mantri to do the same

                  Kindly delete my account asap

                                  My SBI credit card No. [protected] falsely shown as Negative account in thier app but in reality same account was having zero amount due. Credit mantri charged me 645 plus GST and 400 plus GST claiming they will resolve to close negative account . Either this app cheating public or problem should be with the app. Finding hard to reach them over phone also. Don't believe creditmantri app. Regards, Janardhan [protected]
