My name is N.Srinivas Goud from HYD Telangana.
I have a complaint against CREDIT MANTRI. I have recieved a lot of calls in the months of nov-dec 2018 about my renewal of my loan status and improvemnet of my credit score from credit mantri and they have promised to clear the title of 'settled' in the loan status and make it a 'cleared' one if i pay RS-2000/- to them immediately. In the beginning i have avoided such calls but they kept bothering me a lot and nagging about the same for weeks together. Hence i have believed in the person from credit mantri and decided to pay them money through an online transfer at that moment but i was decieved. They have promised me to remove the status within 30-45 days of my payment but it has been more than 6 months and nothing showed up. I have been trying to contact the officials and bring this issue into the light but everyone refuses to do so. The following are my details-
