I had apply for loan but still pending my verification call and they dont call me actually date is 7th August 2019 but still no response can you please solve my problem

    My mobile number is [protected]. I kept receiving your spam messages from bx-cmntri. You ignored my requests and my dnd and kept sending me. After i blocked bx-cmntri by escalating to my mobile network you people are smartly sending from bt-cmntri. If you dont stop this nonsense i might have to take some serious action on this. Stop sending me your company messages and deactivate my profile asap and send me confirmation.

    I am still getting messages from IX- CMNTRI if it does not stop i might have to slap a legal notice for nuisance and harassment
    They called me and say you have 10 negative accounts and if you pay for 5 then within 1 day your score will 750+ and you will get DCB 50000/- Credit card limits.
    Just now i registered consumer case on them in Hyderabad.
    This is not the forum where i only spread the news
    I KNOW WHAT I CAN DO.

    The manager name is Hari Haran.

      July 18, 2019 at 02:28 pm, they applied for sbi simplysave credit card on behalf of me. They did not call me, they did not ask me and just submitted the application. And that application was rejected because i have have 2 active loans. Now those inquiries are impacting my cibil in negative ways. No one is lending me money and rejecting my applications. This is unauthentic behavior from a company. This is my request to the one who will be helping me through out this, i want to delete my account from creditmantri. I don't want to use such a useless fraud company.

      After these i got so many calls from them about applying for credit card from their website, and i denied. Still they applied for sbi simplysave credit card. They told me that the application has not been submitted to bank and don't worry, they will unsubscribe me from their services. But nothing happened. Isn't there any way to tell credit bureau to discard this company from using their services, so that this company will not be able to mentally harass any individual. This is more of a fake company, it does not provide any customer care. I cannot call back the number they call me from.

      How will i get help in this scenario? Is filing an fir against this company will help me out here? Isn't there any law to protect the customer's privacy, so that no can use their info without their permission?

      I paid for 2 bank credit card issue have to resolve, but yet no response from credit mantri. Last 10 days I am trying to call them but they not responding.. If credit mantri unable to resolve my issue. Kindly make my money back to me.

I am not interested in any of your products nor be a member of your site. Inspite of being on dnd and request on your need help section you people continue to harass with your never ending flash messages. Stop sending and deactivate my profile with immediate effect.

          I want to remove and delete my account from Credit Mantri. You guys are doing frequent credit/CIBIL analysis, and continuously calling me and disturbing me regarding credit card and loans. STOP doing that immediately, and remove my details and delete the account ASAP. NO FURTHER CIBIL check should be done from your end. I am complaining the same in Consumer Complaint.

          Hi Credit Mantri,

          Even after raising a complain and requesting to delete my account details.
          I am still getting my CIBIL influenced by your credit checking,
          Please stop checking my CIBIl or doing any inquiries or even trying to call me for Loans or credit Cards.
          You are violating your policies for which i will be bound to take steps through Law.,
          STOP CHEEKING MY CIBIL OR DOING ANY INQUIRIES AND STOP CALLING ME Too.
          Or Else I will be bound to sue Cedit Mantri By Law. I have already raised a complain regarding the same to Grahak Suraksha.

          Please do the needful.

              Credit mantri is not transparent and spamming my phone with multiple. I want to delete my account. There is no provision for the same in entire website.
              Pls address this on priority. -

              Credit mantri should give customers the option to delete data and cannot force the customer to keep the data online without any option.

                I am strongly disappointed with your (Credit mantri) services please stop and remove my account and remove my personal information with cont no. [protected].
                Without prior suggestions and with out my permissions the website used my personal data which is not acceptable, i found credit mantri very irresponsible and i wont to remove my account from it immediately

                    Hi, i had some issue with one of the credit card, i paid the required amount to credit mantri, it was told that i will be getting a call and guidance, it's been more than 2 days and till now i haven't got any call from credit mantri... Can i get call center number?

                    None of one is responding... Really worry some i have paid 1145+475 rs to credit mantru and 27k to bank still waiting worst sevice provider.

                          This is informing you that i paid online payment to your creditmantri website for resolve my issue in syndicate bank at 6 months back.

                          Many times i mailed to syndicate bank what i received from your side matter. As per your suggestions i doing the same. Still my issue is not resolved.

                          Finally i met the bank manager they told me your lona is closed now there is no dues from you. If you want no dues certificate i will give you please take it. This is for your information please find the attached that particular no dues certificate.

                          So please take necessary action to my credit resolve issue.

                          Note:. Plz arrange call back in telugu for better communication i want clarification.

                                I keep receiving mails from creditmantri when i never signed up for their service. I never gave my mobile no, nor did i give my email id. Somebody else gave their own mobile no, but gave my email id. Creditmantri requires otp for mobile no, they also need to require otp for email id to verify the customer actually owns the email id. If you are not going to verify email id then why do you send mails constantly?

                                Also on their website, there is no listed customer care no or email id.
                                It has been observed that without having any loan issue pending with any bank specifically axis and icici, my credit score showing very low which is against the consumer rights,

                                I have again attached herewith my settlement letters with respective bank for your kind reference to close this immediately and show my upgraded score immediate...

                                  I have received an email & a sms on 18/7/2019 that your aplication for sbi credit card has been rejected. Then suddenly i recieved a message that your apllication has been processed with the acknowledgement number. Neither i have applied for any credit card nor i have submitted my documents. This is completely fraud and will impact my credit score.

                                    Today, they called again, because I searched their website to find out how to delete my account from their website. There on the phone call, a lady asked me if I want to apply for credit cards, I asked her to delete my account info from their website as I don't trust CreditMantri anymore. She did not listen anything and said please hold for a minute and she also hung up the call. Now, who will help me?

                                    Please help me.
                                    I received a call from them, and they asked me to be on hold for a few second. And they hung up the call and I had not received any call back.

                                      Kindly delete my details from your credit mantri app. I do not want a follow up on my credit score. I will be highly grateful to you for this.in any which way, i will not be requiring any personal loan or car loan or house loan where by you need to see my credit score and decide upon whether to grant loan to me and deciding obviously whether she will be able to pay it back with whatever your policy. Your concept is good.
                                      But i am very sorry, as i wouldn't be needing any loans, so no point holding my credit score details and following me.
                                      It will be much appreciated, if you delete my credit score account from credit mantri.

                                        I have received call from Credit Mantra company ( Telicaller Name -- Tamana ). She told me that the company will help me to improve my cibil score and will see to that in future you will eligible for all types of loan. I have informed them that as i have settled my loan and credit card accounts. She told me that its its ok, and they will verify with the bank and will closed your account from their end and same will be updated in the cibil record.

                                        To complete the process, she ask me to pay their online fees which i paid approx 5753/- Rs and now, they are providing me new O/s amount which i need to pay to bank. If i was having the money then why would i have settled. And i didnt pay the amount to know my current O/s amount. By paying them fees. So i need my amount refund please.
