I want to delete my account from credit mantri website. I am getting unnecessary mails and sms dur to this account. I have never applied nor submit any requests for this account so delete my account with mobile no.[protected] from credit mantri. Kindly take necessary action so that my problem could be resolved at the earliest. I will be highly thankful for this.

Credit mantri customer care executives has been calling me with false data of my credit score i. E. 328. This has been third time i keep telling them not to call but i am getting calls again and again. I have my entire credit report from cibil.com.

This is fake company which scares customers with there low credit score and then try to make them use their services.

Stop doing that otherwise i might have send a legal notice.

Every time my credit score is going down because of frequent requests from you. I don't want to check my credit score anymore.

I have made consultancy fee to Credit Mantri on 27/04/2019 regarding sort out of my pending case but when they asked me their fee they never confirmed or discussed about his system. After making the payment they were asking more money for resolving my case. Further I asked him to refund my fee which I had paid to you but they denied and not refund my fee. Also they don't give any fruitful result. It's a fake company. Everybody should make a complaint those who are facing trouble about CREDIT MANTRI.

They have been started messaging for applying a new credit card online .
even i dont need it. i have enterd my number and name for knowing the differnt type of credit cards and what is thir score. i have warned him not to send me message from his website but they are not understanding. this is very bad kind of irritating someone with messages. they should have take care of this

Kindly deactivate my subscribe account as all my issues like IDBI car loan has been closed. But I have received continuously email from credit mantri that credit mantri continuously contact with idbi bank about my car loan and getting the pending settle amount. i have been paid in credit mantri so that i can remove my bad one so arifa the person who has been took this case nad after the payment he is not even contact with the me and even blocked the number so that i can refer my friends too and now with alternate number i have been calling he is speaking rudely bad words who told to pay have you mad are what i wont resolve your issue what u will do he is using the ### words what the bloody service and what the agents you people are giving we are not free here to get scoldings from rhose iresponsible candates jus if you take neccesary actions are am having his recordings as well and i will be going through the social websites and all those and am not even geting contact from you people if you provide a good service so that you will be getting a good service and i hvae refered too but he is using bad words and rudely speaking and disconnecting yhr call just i need an emergency call from you guys [protected] to this number if not i will put a case on the person and he is caling from chennai t nagar branch as well

Simultaneously received missed calls from Credit Mantri and while trying to call back. The call are disconnect from their end.
So please delete my account from the portal.
And please confirm the deactivation via email and phone number.
I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your website nor i am able to find any number to contact your customer care.

Tried reaching credit mantri however couldn't find much details to connect.

Long back i had checked my credit score through credit mantri as i had to enquire about some financial product.

Thereafter every now and then i am receiving unsolicited communication via sms and calls from credit mantri. Since these communications are found annoying and disturbing most of the time, i'd like to suggest credit mantri to remove my credentials and other profile details with immediate effect and confirm.

Hi team irs been over a month i have been registering my issue on ur need help section and i receive only one response that they will get back to me after checking with the concern dept. Its been over 3 weeks i have been receiving similar response. You can check my account for the same. Your agent gave me miss information and miss sild me your services. I demand a full refund of my money.
