[Resolved]  CreditMantri — Paid for the resolve of my negative account but no any resolution Didnt get

its been more than 2 weeks I have paid for resolution for my negative account but still there is no any response till date, its not good at all that though you get the payment, not taking any action about my negative account, only getting reply that we have forwarded to accounts department, its been more than two week you have forwarded my file to accounts department but still didnt get any resolution, kindly check and do the needful
