It is the CIBIL only which is playing a big game with the Middle Class people of India, why CIBIL is not applicable for Big Companies who are looting Banks.
I have wrong ICICI credit card on my name, the name on the card is wrong but has my PAN no included which has spoiled my credit score. even after writing the same thing to CIBIL they still support Banks only. This Is INDIA enjoy the life the way it comes to you.

I have no dues with HDFC Credit Card.

My HDFC Card has been settled as on 2008 and I have all the settled documents from HDFC Credit Card.

Then why "Credit Mantri" is sending me sms day after day (from the year 2019 and from VM-CMNTRI), that "Please pay your dues immediately, otherwise your civil score will be negetive and we will take legal action"

Why "Credit Mantri" sending this type of violence...

I have paid an amount of Rs 589 to improve my negative credit score but no one contacted me yet. I didn’t receive any email or a message with confirmation. I had lots of doubt which I need to clear but your telephone number doesn’t work, email doesn’t work and the chat option is useless. It always pop-up with same query which is of no use. Dear sir, I recently paid Rs. 1200 for hdfc credit card nagative impact purpose. So your team first of all respond politely but after that about reports your team behave very rudely with us. this is not correct way. why because if i want i will pay amount i know. continusouly calling your people. Have paid rs 900 to credit mantri to solve wrong information in financial health report.creditmantri is a fraud company .it creates negative entries where there are none.pesters targets with innnumerous mails and calls .once they get payment you cannot contact them.but mails to resolve same issue continues...

In Nov 2018 I had availed their service for resolving a negative issue related to my credit score. I paid around Rs 900/- and got nothing in return. The issue still continues. The irony - they still have the balls to send me mails & messages to avail their paid service to resolve the same issue. They are big time cheaters. The representative called me a couple of times for the payment, and when i paid, i don't get a replication through email or a call. You pay for the accommodation, and you don't get it here. What best is shut this weiner company down and put that back in that bloody aperture who commenced!
I better suggest going to the bank and request them for the score clearance since these people are a fraud....

Actually i taken services from credit mantri to resolve my credit card dispute. According to them i pay to the vender and also pay the credit mantri fees for the services, I got a email for clearance also. But after one month I am again getting a message from HDFC bank for depositing same amount which I have already paid...

I m getting incessant calls and sms on my mobile number regarding resolving some negative issues with hdfc cc and payments. There is no transaction done by the credit card and i am not going to pay anything.
