I had taken a subscription from creditmantri to resolve my Negative account in cibil. They updated status as closed of that particular account on their portal but still not updated with cibil. I am trying to connect them for this query but there is no option to connect with creditmantri. There is no customer care number available, there is no email id mention anywhere on portal, there is option of need help but it is just for name sake, it is not working properly. So I am very much frustrated as I am not able to connect with creditmantri for my query resolution.
