CreditMantri — poor service after full payment regarding settlement of a negative account.

I bikash panigrahi have a feeling like being cheated from the mentioned company called creditmantri. Initially they called me like many a times to take their offer regarding one of my negative credit card account which was affecting my cibil. Then what i got to see in their website is that all i have to pay is 51% of the outstanding.
I thought it was ok to give it a try as they promised to completely waive off my pending amount. Not to forget that the pending amount of 9314 rupees has never been due from my side, bank has unnecessarily added interest on it.
After discussion they asked me to pay only 980 rupee but charged 1151. Adding salt to the injury then again asked to pay 500 so that they can bring my credit history report from bank, now that i refused they stopped calling me and suddenly the service from them stopped all of a sudden. After 15-20 day i got an offer of 34% of rebate to my outstanding amount which is very less than the original (Which was earlier 49%). I complained about this and wrote in their website but nobody called. After several days they called once to ask when am i going to pay the outstanding amount. I denied to pay as i wanted to understand the deduction policy and i again demanded for any senior executive to have a chat with me. That never happened (They didn't call me afterwards. A cheater in deed.). I don't know how now am getting messages like i have to pay the full outstanding amount as the offer expired last october.
Is it a joke or what? I mean, they have taken money they are accountable for providing me the service and whatever has been promised so far. Cheating people like this is not acceptable, i want strict actions to be taken against such companies, whose main intention is only to harass/loot people.
It's high time we should not fall in such schemes of "creditmantri".
Fraud fraud fraud the no 1 cheaters in their segment.
If no actions are taken am gonna file an fir against the company as it is frustrating and against my stature and reputation.
