CreditMantri — Resolving of issues and Irritative Phone calls

I had taken a loan from standard Chartered Bank more than 15 years back. I settled the account by making the payment to their collection agents. The details were submitted to Credit Mantri & also made the payment of fees of around Rs 1000/- to Credit Mantri towards the issue which was showing as an issue.

Eventhough I submitted the details and asked them for resolving, the same is not done. On the contrary they keep calling me for making the payment to the Bank every ow and then
