Please stop sending me Loan Messages. I HAVE NEVER TAKEN OUT A LOA.

I have never taken a loan from Hdfc on a two wheeler, and yet Credit Mantri keeps sending messages to me about the loan.

I am a student who has never taken out a loan?? Please stop scamming people. This has gone for a long while....

Took money from peoples for subscription

Hi, some one lady call me to speak increase your credit score and get for you loan..I ask them to get details..She told me to pay 589 rs for 1 year subscription..So many times call me to pay..I pay for them..Her name is maheswari..I don't know her name was true or not..Her number is [protected]..Also i get so many calls for her side so many numbers..She told me to apply loan for get me to 2 days..Once I pay 589 rs after never pick my call...

Fraud Promised

Company made fraud promises wirh me. If ill take them subscription for my 3 cards resolution then they will gave me few benefits like; 4 card resolution, credit health report, and I will get 50% discount on my cards to make the deu payment of my card. But now they are denied all things.

False credit score and issue resolving scam

Hello, I got an alert from creditmanti about my credit score dropping. I quickly checked and saw that there was 2 accounts they are showing more than 10 years old paid and settled, as unresolved.

I paid for the detailed report and now I am getting email asking me to pay due amount to the banks.
I had already paid the said amount and also have settlement statements. From credit score 850 I am now at 630.

Subscription issue

Creditmandri agent called me and enquired about the SBI card payment, the agent agreed to get it solved by doing the 50% payment with 6 EMI, Agent requested me to do the creditmandri subscription to proceed further.

I have done the subscription with the Rs 1178, after the subscription agent agent told me to wait the one day. the next day one more agent called me and asked to pay 500 for the report and to proceed...

Un professional approach

Dear sir,

Very strange experience, despite several requests no one is taking the ownership to show bare minimum courtesy or professionalism to call me and address the issues. what is more painful is the way your team members calls from different numbers and when I answer the call they simply keeping it on hold for a few seconds and disconnecting the calls.

They say they do not use our details they collect. But they are so rigid on not deleting my data and say they have put on DND service.
