I paid 3k and took subscription to clear the negitive impact accounts affecting my cibil, and I closed all the loans before taking subscription even though Im sending the proofs and settlement mails, there asking extra money behalf of lenders but lenders gave me clearance like settlement offer mail and all
They promised me that they settle the things between me and my lender but there are failing to do so if they can’t do it u want...

I want to delete an account from CreditMantri, which is not created by myself. I am a citizen of the USA not in India. CreditMantri belongs to an Indian website and I guess It will provide services for Indian Citizens.

Today I just emailed two time to request to delete my Account. Please wipe all my data from your database.

This useless company is sending me useless messages every minute. They are continuously disturbing me....

They called constantly and convinced by paying 1415 and 589rs there would be revised in my credit score however, post payment they are not calling me despite call back message left on their website and app. There is no contact number to call them or customer service provided. This is totally unacceptable....

I paid money for the credit fit program where they had assured that I will get one to one service with a credit councillor who will tell me how to improve my credit score.. till date I have not heard from them once even and they never respond to any mail plus they have a fake TollFree number which never rings..
it’s Blatant Dacoity by such companies and they need to be taken to task by the Finance Ministry .....

They asked me to pay money for settlement of loan. But they are now asking for more Money from me and came up with new subscription plan. They are fraudsters....

Initially I was getting too many calls for doing Subscription of Credit Mantri as I was having negative account and even I was also want to close the same. Hence I did the subscription of Rs999 after doing a got another call from Credit Mantri to make payment of 499 towards some Cibil Score report and I made it with expecting that I will get the resolution. and July 2022 I got information to Pay amount of Rs 27489 towards SBI...

I had the terrible idea of signing up for your website and now I being bombarded with spam emails and calls. I tried contacting to their customer care and also the grievance officer, but I never got a single response from them.

I am making a complaint against CreditMantri so that I can remove all my personal and banking details from their system as soon as possible....

Dear Credit Mantri,
Please deactivate my creditMantri profile and account associated with email ID - arjun.[protected]@gmail.com and confirm the deactivation by email or sms. I want the process to be completed very soon. I tried mailing [protected]@creditmantri.com but didn't get any reply. I am forced to do this because I cannot find any other deactivation option in your app. Otherwise i would have done it myself....

Credit Mantri Taken money from me by telling they will fix my credit score issues & after i paid the money no single call from their side.Even you can not contact them .Worst service.
Don't waste money on credit Mantri. It's a useless service...

Already i have lodge a complaint for stopping emails and messages. But you are still sending me the same.

Now I shall contract to RBI and AMBUDSMAN and GOVT.OF INDIA against creditmantri.

As per the RBI Guidelines, No bank can recover money once the account is closed or settled However you just taken a granted services and calling and harassing innocent people as if you are the real Bank agents this is moral policing act, This people took your service to help them not calling and bulling them, Why the indian RBI is not taking action against you,...

Hi, I have subscribed credit mantri to fix my credit card issue. They told me that it will be fixed within 30 days. But almost 60 days is over and I did not get any call from credit mantri. Also the card status is same....

I have subscribed to their credit resolution service, no action has been taken,

When I email them, I do not get a valid response..

Refund my money...

i had subscrbed credit mantri and paid rs 9484 on 16.3.20 reference no 52936803 for my outstanding on my credit card no [protected] but it is not reflected in sbi card and still my cibil shows settled, while it was supposed to clear my status . Please help

credit mantri company is living in some other world.Their credit score and report is totally wrong and my understanding is that credit mantri bussiness s to create less score credit report and score than they insist for to make payment and than they will correct the score.In my score you can see cibil, transunion my credit score is 725, their score is totally different 525 and incorrect.

I am continuously getting calls from Credit Mantri regarding my 1 negative account they are saying pay our nominal fees and we will clear all your cibil and all closed accounts will be removed within 24 hours. I Have that recording. After making payment they even don't listen what we are saying. As their commitment now 3 to 4 passed they did not update and no call regarding any update. They even don have call center numbers. where should...
