Dear sir, Very strange experience, despite several requests no one is taking the ownership to show bare minimum courtesy or professionalism to call me and address the issues. what is more painful is the way your team members calls from different numbers and when I answer the call they simply keeping it on hold for a few seconds and disconnecting the calls. I have subscribed to rectify two negative card accounts, wherein I keep receiving the same email and SMS on my registered mail asking me to pay pending dues towards my SBI card without any details. There is standard message which talks about we are working with the concerned bank (my other card issued by ICICI bank) we shall keep you informed about the figures very soon. Its the same message for the past 1 month and there no progress on either of the accounts. At least now, can some one take it serious to have some one get in touch with me and provide me an update.
