CreditMantri — Unsolicited daily calls and harassment for an account that does not belong to me

I would like to formally inform you that I have not subscribed to any of 'CreditMantri'(the company) services digitally or otherwise. I have received an email today (27-Dec 2021) informing that I have subscribed to some credit improvement services from the company. Please be informed that I have made no such subscription and have never approached you for any services. Moreover I am being plagued with repeated calls from your company for some account which does not belong to me. I have been saying this repeatedly, over and over again each time I have been receiving your disturbing calls but yet I see no cessation of the said calls and constant disturbance to my otherwise well being. I have been blocking your numbers but yet I still receive calls from different numbers for an account which does not belong to me.

Furthermore, I have not given authority to any person or company to act on my behalf by way of a letter of authority which I am surprised you have attached in your email of today. I have not authorized Creditmantri or any of its associates/subsidiaries to act on my behalf and I revoke any authority to any person or company, known or unknown to me.
Just so that you are well informed, I have taken steps to check with the concerned bank (ICICI Bank in this case) and I have verified my CIBIL account status as well via (www.cibil.com) to which I subscribe each year. I have never had any outstanding or defaulted payments ever in my entire credit history. In fact in my entire life, I have taken only a car loan which also has been repaid well before time. As on date I am absolutely credit free and have a positive standing in the society. Considering my own first hand findings with the parties concerned, please note and be informed that if I receive any calls or any kind of subscription (which I am 110% sure, I have not subscribed to), I will be forced to take legal recourse and the consequences and cost for the same shall be borne by your company.
