CreditMantri — without my notice they are forwarding loan and credit card applications to all the financial institutions

Hi, creditmatri is a damn bad application they have been forwarding credit card and loan applications without my notice. I have called their customer care to deactivate my account but still i am getting calls and mail that i have applied loan. I am really frustrated and want to delete my login with creditmantri.
