On enrolling in Crio. Do’s placement course, I paid ₹6, 500 under an EMI plan.
I clearly requested not to go ahead with any loan setup and instead opted for a subscription-based plan, to which the team verbally agreed.
Later, even before the course onboarding, I informed them that due to personal and academic priorities (I will be pursuing my MCA), I am unable to continue and requested an immediate refund of ₹6, 500.
Since then, I have made multiple follow-ups over email and chat (ticket ID: 309616), but Crio has continuously delayed or ignored my refund request.
Unprofessional Behavior:
During this process, I interacted with a Crio team member, who:
Lacked empathy, dismissed my concerns casually, and did not provide proper assistance.
Instead of resolving the issue, repeatedly told me to contact the organization directly, showing no accountability despite being the assigned placement manager.
His behavior has left me feeling mentally stressed, helpless, and deeply disappointed in the platform’s promises and customer handling.
I request your intervention to resolve this issue quickly, as I believe Crio. Do is misleading students by making false verbal assurances, and then avoiding accountability when asked for refunds or documentation.
