I had joined an online learning platform named crio.do on march 2023, It was a Job garantee program, they promised that they are going to place us within 6-9 months but as of now it's been more than 15 months have been completed taking this course.. but no Job or no refund till date. At the time of joining they had said that if they were unable to provide the job, we could cancel our payment. And a refund would be provided and gave us false promises. Since we could not pay the fees at once, we were given an opportunity to pay on EMI. Now they are not allowing us to cancel our EMI also. They are not providing us any jobs nor refunds. They are saying that there is no refund policy. They are not taking EMI themselves but making a loan in a private sector, and they have taken the full amount but making us pay the EMI's, at the time of joining we did not know about this. We thought we were paying to crio as an installment, later we found that this was an a external party, now we cannot cancel the EMI and they are not providing refund. Also they are not upholding the promises they provided while joining and they are saying the complete opposite to everything that was discussed at the beginning. They do not respond correctly if we visit their office also. I would like to atleast get my EMI stopped or get a refund, since I cannot pay any more money.
