I am writing to formally lodge a consumer complaint against Crio.do regarding unfair business practices and refusal to provide a refund despite genuine hardships.
Complaint Details:

Program Enrolled: Full stack fellowship course
Date of Enrollment: Aug 2024
Amount Paid: 18000
Mode of Payment: EMI (Paid for 3 months)
Issue Summary:
Lack of Transparency: Crio.do never clearly communicated their no-refund policy before enrollment. If I had been informed, I would have reconsidered joining.
Personal & Financial Hardship:
My mother recently passed away, and my father is struggling with alcohol addiction.
My PAN card and bank account have been frozen due to legal issues.
I am unable to pay my home rent and manage my daily expenses.
Vardhan Finance is continuously demanding EMI payments despite my financial crisis.
Minimal Course Usage: I attended only three classes before realizing I could not continue due to my circumstances.
Repeated Requests Ignored: Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, Crio.do refuses to offer a refund, deferment, or any financial relief.
Request for Resolution:
Given my severe financial distress, I request the following actions:
A full or partial refund of the fees paid.
If a refund is not possible, deferment or an alternative solution to ease my financial burden.
A review of Crio.do’s misleading policies to prevent such issues for future students.
Supporting Evidence:
I am attaching the following documents as proof:

✅ Email communications with Crio.do
✅ Messages from Vardhan Finance demanding payment
✅ Proof of financial hardship (if available)
I kindly request the consumer forum to take necessary action against Crio.do for their unfair practices. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter.
