Crio.do — Complaint Against Crio.do Request for Refund

I enrolled in the Java backend Program based on the promise of refund policy. I have took a loan with Varthana Finance with support from Crio.do team. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing due to miscommunication and Course Structure.

I have raised this refund issue with support team multiple times but have not received any proper resolution. They are either ignoring the request or stalling the process. They mailed the process completes in 60-75 days after I raised the cancellation request. Its been 80 days and nothing was happening. i contacted Varthana Finance and asked the status of the Loan. They said it was still active. The EMI has been debiting every month and I am unable to Pay the EMI.

I request the concerned authority to take strict action and direct Crio.do / Skill-Lync to refund the full amount paid without further delay.

I am attaching all relevant documents including payment receipts, chat/email proofs, and screenshots of course access for your reference.
