in the name of Maneesh Gupta

I bought it on April 10th 2021 and found that the coating was damaged I visited the store I purchased he told me its due to my sweat how can it possible its the fault of Crizal, now when I saw it after a fight of 3 months he said it over, I asked why he said 1 year is over.
I bet it cannot happen in a day or 2 kindly help me buy getting a replacement of the same

Updated by mrgli76 the authenticity card, already it was there in the previous complaint, I just uploaded again the authenticity card which I got at the time of purchase.
and as far as Invoice is concerned I hadn't got an invoice for the same.
