Please note that I have purchased my crizal prevencia lens from SUPREME OPTICS on 12 Auguest 2023.
However on month of jan and Feb I have found Some spot and scartches and blur vision in my spectacles.
I visited to my optician it is SUPREME OPTICS located in mumbai kalbadevi., and I explained my issue.Before heared my issue he judge me that I use my spectacles with rough use or improper handling.
Than I raised my issue on crizal via mail., and I submitted my lenses to optician.
Optician said your lense sent to bangalore for checking purpose.
After that already 3 4 days passed no response received from SUPREME OPTICS., even they not bothered for my issue and I continue communicate to crizal via mail and call to optician.
I have not received any proper resolution from both side .
After that I have received mail from crizal with below quoted message

We recommend for the subsequent requirement kindly get in touch with your optician.

Than I approaches to optician they said

I am not help you in that
You can fight with Essilor
And I will give you 50pct off for new one
Unquote
Again I have not received proper resolution
Crizal and optician both not give me proper meaningful justification.
Now request you to kindly attention in my issue and resolved it asap.
