Crizal — Essentials Active 1.5 Crizal ePRO BCT

I had purchased 1 pair of crizal lenses spectacle from Aravind Eye Hospital, Tiruneveli, Tamil Nadu (Lakshmi Eye Care Support Services
vide their Bill 20623 (order No. 20213) dated 23.08.2022. (Ref No. M20213/C)/
The coating on the lenses have came out/peeled off, (more than 50% area) on both the lenses. I called Aravind Eye Hospital and complained, They said it is more than 1 years and does not cover under Guarantee. It is only 15 months and coat peeling off is not good for World renowned reputed company like Essilor/Crizal by discounting a mere 3 months in order to cover under warranty and resolve my case.

I request for replacement of the lenses.
