Crizal — Glasses coat has came out

I had purchased 2 pairs of crizal lenses /spectacle frame from
Smart eye spectacle shop . The coating on the lenses have came out when i complained to the shop keeper he said the company would not do anything about it he dint take efforts in it
The age of the lens is only 1.5 years and the coat coming off is not good as you are a reputed company in the industry
I am facing alot difficulties to see via those glasses i request you to see in this matter seriously
I am a student and facing alot problem due to that
