Hello, I had ordered a crocs silder on 13 August 2022, it was delivered on 19 August 2022, it was a size shorter so i request for return, my return was accepted and it was taken by delivery agent on 22 August 2022, then it was inspected and all was clear and I got mail that my money will be refunded in 5-7 days, they asked for my bank details, then I give my bank details, and it's been more than 9 days they didn't refunded my money, they are not replying my mail from 4 days, and didn't answer my single call yet, I have called over 100 times, their customer service is very very poor, i am a student and I have money issues, but they are not understanding, if they are busy in some other issues, then atleast they should mail me, and give a time period, but they are not doing that also, they are not replying my mail, if they will not refund my money in 2-3 days, I will file a case against them in consumer court

I bought 3 crocs slippers from myntra few months ago. There is one major issue we are facing in all the 3 slippers that while walking the front part of the slipper just sticks to the floor (like somebody has applied sudden brake) which makes balancing ourselves difficult.

I paid money using via phone pe b on 28 August but still my order is in pending

I paid money via Phonepay but my order is still pending and no reply from crocs

Today for the Crocs sale I ordered two clogs from Crocs india site and when I ordered there it first showed pending payment and 2nd time also same and the third time even my money was debited

I ordered clog and jibbitz on 12th august order id[protected] in 2 3 days my order status shows (Refunded_out of stock partial) so I ordered another clog order id[protected] in 2 3 days they refund me only jibbitz amount because of jibbitz are out of stock after on 21st august delivery boy came with 2 clogs so I refused one clog which order id[protected] but still they not provides my refund back also not given any updates regarding refund through mail, so kindly help me to get my refund.

My new Crocs sandals I bought 20 days back in a Crocs showroom in Inorbit mall in Hyderabad has a strap came out. This looks like a serious quality issue and is completely no expected from Crocs. This item costed is more than 3000 rupees and just in a month it got spoiled. We cannot return it also as we are out of India and will not return in the due course of time. We also don't have the bill currently. You can find the item as new as it was bought just less than a month back. I would request crocs management to look into this complaint and do the needful.

I have been using crocs for years... But am really disappointed at my last purchase CROCS Bayaband Clog Men Blue Clogs. It doesn't worth it's price.. I had ordered it through flipkart online shop and it's price was 2500 INR. And within two days it's started to get damaged. The main highlight of the chappal which has letters as crocs started peeling off from the clogs and.. Please try to find a solution for me to replace the product

I purchased this product October 2021

I BROUGHT A Croc shoe on 11/06/2021 and used it for 2months. After that I left for oversee work. I came back in August 2022 and noticed that the crocs was broken and worn( Attached picture) . when I enquired-with the shop I purchased he told me that I cannot keep it without wearing it and gave me a customer care email address. I sent a email to them without and they have refused to acknowledge that the material is poor. Please find below...

I placed my order on 18th August and made the payment on the same day ...
Still I'm yet to receive any confirmation or tracking details regarding my order...I have made an payment of ₹2, 272 via card payment... I have tried contacting them but there was no proper response from their side ... The action should be taken soon as possible or I need the refund of my money !

I have purchased a pair of Crocs on April 6th 2022. In 4 months time, the strap of one of my Crocs has broken. It was not even rough usage that broke the strap, i was just running and it broke!! I have purchased sandals which are less than Rs. 1000 that have lasted for more time than these Crocs.

I contacted the Crocs Store in Indiranagar, Bangalore regarding this. They said that it cannot be repaired and since it is past 90 days, it cannot be replaced either. For the amount of money i have spent for these Crocs, i am expecting a sturdy and reliable product, and not something that gets damaged in such a short time.

I am expecting the team to look into this. I have attached the copy of the bill, and the picture of my damaged Croc. I would like it to get repaired or replaced.

I orderd crocs bayaband on Flipkart I ordered size 7 but they send me 9 when return period is over i opened that item but I am not happy because return period is over plz send me size 7 crocs bayaband black and white or refund my amount

A pair of faulty crocs was delivered to me (via id:[protected], from shopcrocs.In), on the 11th of august 2022. Today is the 17th of august 2022.
1. Nobody is answering since then on their number mentioned on their website- +[protected].
2. I have written 7 emails to them on [protected]@shopcrocs.In- all unanswered.
3. Have been trying to contact them since last 3 days via facebook...Still in vain.
4. The order status is still "not updated" on the website...How am i supposed to request for a return????

I have recently bought a pair of crocs footwear at jayanagar banglore branch, assuming that crocs footwears are famous for its durability which proved to be wrong with my new pair of footwear which is damaged within 3 months of purchase ...

I just bought crocs chumbak collection Few days back From Phoenix mall kurla Sales person there was convincing me to buy size number 8 which my size is number 7 Ask them to give me a trial of My size which was number 7 what then he have showed me some other crocs Which was number He refused to show me the same model which which I had purchased or ordering on the time I do know what was wrong with him maybe he was not having the size no the size of the same model That is why the reason he sold me size number 8 it and now which is very very uncomfortable the arch inside the shoe is really bothering me and my leg pains after wearing that I don't know why I bought this shoes this shoes I'd spend 4000 something on this shoes no ithe shoes no I feel like this was my mistake I'm really uncomfortable and not happy with the issues I bought and spending so much money which was not worth it
