I bought crocs lite ride last year in october last week and with in a year i became broken down with in 6-7 months the inside foam is broken n the flap also broken up..
Totally disappointed by the brands..its too costly and not relible..

This is Chinmay one of the crocs customer. I have bought one of your clog product on 9th April 2022. The product is in warranty and it got damaged. I want a replacement as son as possible. I have paid so much of my hard earned money on this product and this is what I got. This is really not acceptable. Need a new product from you guys.

I have decided to purchase a pair of crocs through my credit card .
The order status is pending and i dont know if i should repay or just leave it at that. What if i repay online but the product arrives as to be paid cash on delivery.
Either that or i can cancel it.
But since the payment is pending there's no option present to cancel such an order.
Im baffled.

I ordered a clog with 2322 online on this website and i recieved it after 6 days by cod mode. The size was problem and i added it to return immediately after 1 hour of recieving the product. After 11 days a guys shows up in a auto and asks for return package without checking the product condition, getting any OTP for return, or anything. He just came by and collected and told amount will be refunded within evening.
After taking the product from me 9 days later an email comes to me asking Bank details for refund, and i struggled 437 emails, 350 customer service calls and web complaint, So after they asked bank details they said amount will be refunded within 4-5 banking days, but it has been 7th day, till now not even picking up any customer service calls or replying any of my mails .
So it is on of the worst customer service in the world and i vote for closing down the company immediately without any reason to sustain it..

I have purchased a pair of crocs women sandals through ajio and got it delivered on 26th March 2022. I have used it only 3-4 times and the strap got a lot of scratches after the 1st day use itself. As the colour of strap is black, it is highlighted too. I'm too much disappointed as I have used it only 3-4 times and I think it will get more scratches on further use. I request you to do the needful to compensate for the same.

I purchased this one from the PN Palayam Tristar Towers branch on March 27.
After two days the strap showed a tear and the inner surface is so slippery that I twisted my ankle twice.
When I went to the showroom, they refused to even listen to me and asked me to come after the strap was completely torn.
Please refund me the amount I paid.

I had issue with my crocs footware and the same was resolved by crocs by replacement of my footware .I m completely offended by the comments passed by then workers in crocs in infinity mall Malad Mumbai . After receiving email from the company and replacement of my product the employer was misbehaving arguing and with very rude gesture giving my replacement and demanding for the Otp and my voucher redemption on denial he started using comments like Roja hai Isiliye kuch bol nhi sakta . Yeah bhi koi job hai, dekhata hu tujhe this isn’t a way to talk to a women or treat her just because I m Hindu .
For confirmation your can check the cctv footage for the same (crocs store, infinity Mumbai malad, 7/06/2022 incident took place around 5 pm .
I do except higher authorities to look into this matter and not to go or threat women using religion or by any means .

I ordered some crocs heels and it was nicely fitted at the start but with time got too tight and caused severe bruises on my toes. I want a refund or an exchange as this was not expected pit of the product.

Ordered a Crocs slides from Crocs official app on April 1st 2022 . Money has been debited and except for a very vague email there hasn't been any confirmation or statu update about the product yet. I've been a crocs fan for a long time and recently like about 9 months ago, i purchased a pair of Crocs Lite Ride slippers from one of your exclusive outlet in kerala.
For the aforesaid footwear, I paid an exorbitant sum of around Rs 4, 500. Naturally, with the anticipation that it would last at least two years.
I am bitterly disappointed that it din't even last for a year. A few months after purchasing, black spots began to...

I bought these wedges however they are quite uncomfortable.
They looked to be very light in weight and comfortable in the first few minutes of wearing, however once when I wore them to office, i found them to be too heavy, and my foot started paining. Now the only reason for writing is that they are too costly and still didn't surve the purpose of supreme comfort.
I suffer from acute problem of plantar fasciitis.

It there a way that the company can help a loyal customer.

I have a purchased a crocs sleeper Capri V leather sleepers on July 2021. The leather and pasting didn't lasted for a year. Threads are coming out from toe end and pasting also came out.I am very disappointed with my purchase and product quality. I have spent 3500 on this sleeper and it didn't lasted a year. I am very disappointed and expect a resolution from the brand.

I am Mahima Agarwal from Rajasthan, a loyal customer to your company. This time its been a biggest disappointment. I have brought two crocs under iconic crocs comfort series and one of which strap has foulded from between n made shoe bites on my right foot. When spoke to the vendor he says you might have left it in the sun. Which I clearly said no for thrn their was no reply. Yes, offcourse because its winters I used to sit in sun for some time without denying. But no such condition was placed by the vendor that you cant take the slipper in sun.
Do u think a customer spends 4000Rs. For a slipper which cant run for 3 months also.

As per return policy we can return if we are not satisfied with the product. we got product four days back. But still we didn't got the return option and we couldn't contact customer care. Customer care service is very poor.
I don't know what to do with the product which doesn't fit.

I ordered clogs 2 months ago ...after using it for 2 months i found it uncomfortable in 1 leg ...because both pair are not of same size even they are marked of same size
