We had bought 2 pairs of Crocs ladies slippers in size 7 from reliance footwear on 24.04.2021. The strap came off in a slipper within 2 days of light usage.

Need replacement

I had purchased this flipflop only. 7 months ago and its strap has broken with gentle usage only.It is a shame to pay 2500 for a slipper to be broken so easily in such less time and the quality is worst.

We had bought a pair of Crocs Lite Ride slippers from your exclusive outlet in Great India Place, Noida in September, 2020 only about 9 months ago.

We paid an extremely high price of approximately Rs 4, 000 for the above footwear. Naturally, the expectation was that it would last at least 2 years or so.

We are bitterly disappointed that the strap snapped last week, making it impossible for me to use the footwear.

Since we have implicit faith in Crocs, we saw no need to preserve the footwear. Therefore, I do not have the Invoice..

Please replace the defective footwear..

I have buy this crocs on 08/09/2020 but I start wear it after 3 month mean in 2021 January after 6 month only the pasting is coming out from the sole itself so i went to shopkeeper to exchange my product but he is saying the product will exchange by the company because it has completed 3 month warranty .If buying so expensive product it last for only 6 month why so I buy so I request you to exchange or replace my product with new Product crocs. Hi,

I have been using crocs for a very long time. This time I bought a
new pair of crocs from Amazon and they shrunk within a month to an extent that it sharted hurting my foot. It is my first bad experience with crocs and earlier nothing like this happened. Attached is the shrinked image of crocs and the invoice.

I had brought a Crocs for 4k before 1.5 years which is taunt very badly within use of a year which is good in performance but not feasible for using longer for a huge amount as its upper part is of lower quality.

Get rid of your after sales team and fire the person who could not copy and paste a simple address and sent package to a different city.
And moreover, you shameless guys, Have some decency to inform customers that order is being delayed and acknowledge your fault that you shipped to somewhere else.

I will now look for some sort of compensation for wasting my days and keeping my money and the mental trauma that you guys caused me. I dont get tired of telling people how comfortables crocs are, but it makes me furious that the service is too bad.. Thank god the products are not made by people who are providing service, else the company will go to dogs, at least the production part is good.

This is going too much long to solve the problem. my crocs is getting too much worst condition because the quality of the product is very bad thats why my product is torned or ripped within 2months..It is my mistake that i bought the crocs .My money got waste on this .

I’ve always preferred crocs for my day to day usage. This time I’m highly disappointed with the quality of the crocs slides that I’ve got. I had placed my order on the crocs website but it seems like the product that I’ve got is a local/duplicate product and not a branded one from crocs. Instead of comforting me the slides are hurting my feet and I’ve got a shoe bite.
