I bought crocs sandals from Ajio, the strap of which broke during the warranty period.
The Company is not replacing my product despite my product being in the warranty period also they are not even making an effort to understand the issues that the customer is facing.
They are offering discount coupon to redeem on website but firstly that product is RS 2000 more expensive on their website, they want to first cheat customers by offering poor quality product and then making them pay extra to buy the same product.
Secondly this product is not even available on the website for my size, so effectively i wont even be able to redeem the coupon. Further, they are not addressing my concerns at all, Email attached

I am a regular user of crocs products. Recently I bought a pair of sandals from your shop in hilite mall, calicut. But within a short period of time, small complaints started coming for the product. You can see it if you look closely at the picture. Something like a nail is sticking out of the side of the shoe. If it hits the body, there is a possibility of injury. I am also ready to send any more videos or photos if you request .Bill and photo of compliant material are attached with this mail. Hoping for a positive reply from your side

Cash is a very necessary thing... Whether you buy it from me or I buy it from you, the value of that cash is the same... There are other brands in this Kerala... They have opened a service center for the cash they buy here, why don't you do it? ... If there is no offer and no discount, at least open the service center..

Hello, I am a normal Malayali living in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala.. I wanted to use crocs sandals out of curiosity... The price of the first crocs sandals I bought was 2500... Today that model has become 4500 rupees... from 2500. I hesitated to buy it when it was Rs 2000 more but bought it to see if there was any difference in quality...no change...same model sandal as I bought earlier...exactly after 1 year the main problem occurred as before...IStill buying crocs..Da bought a pair of sandals worth 5995 rupees today..Hope you used good glue on this one..None of the crocs I have used have worked for me..Compared to your price, your manufacturing quality seems to be a very poor comment. ...complaining because you buy too much cash and deliver normal quality product is very annoying..what is the solution.You figure out that because you've got my cash... If there is a way to send a photo of the condition of my shoes, I can attach it to the mail

The product was displayed in the website and they where at high discounted rates. the advertisement was published in social media platforms like instagram, facebook etc . it seemed very genuine and the products were available to buy . the client ordered 3 pairs for a discounted price of 824 rupees and after the order there was no confirmation sent and the money was deducted from the account. the order was made on 28th day of august 2023 at exactly 12.05 am . the https://www.crocsstores.in/products/classic-crocs-fresco-unisex-slide?sku=180htt...⇄
these are the links mentioned above through which the products were bought . i request that these fraudsters are caught and the money be refunded to the damaged party.

I've had bought Brooklyn low heel crocs from Amazon on Feb 2022. After 3 months or so, the strap came off from the sole. I stuck it with a glue after which the strap got into pieces. I tried to fix it with a strong glue (wood glue) which worked only for few days after which it got into pieces again. How can I get it fixed? Can I get a replace?

I recently purchased flip flop from crocs. I almost spent 3000 to buy it. Due to the plastic used on the upper part of the flip flop gave ma shoe bite. Not only me but to my mother and sister. What should I do with it now. I am not in a position to wear it. Is there any replacement possible

I have bought the Classic Crush Slingback Wedge-Heeled Clogs in magenta and Mauve color from Hyderbad for my daughter and sister yesterday.

My sister wore it for the first time and she tripped from stairs, sprained her left foot and in the wake of the fall, she is suffering a great deal of pain in her foot and is limping.

I had my doubts while buying the clogs but I cross checked the store dealer about this, whether they have received any negative feedback for the high heeled crocs but I was assured that Crocs company meticulously design and test their products before launching.

My doubts have come true and these high heeled crocs which are being sold at the prices of INR 4995, are not safe to wear.

I demand an explanation, apology and the Crocs India to pay for my damages.

Hi . I have purchased i platform crocs from you . It’s been a while now around 2 years . The product and usability is great . I have never had issues but for the past month or so I have been having some issues . The crocs seems to make sounds while waking and even when k shake it as though some small balls are in there . The edges are all intact so there is no way any stone could have entered . It’s there in both the crocs more so on the right. I have taken a video for your perusal . i purchased, Crocs Men Bayaband Black Clogs Sandal from Flipkart on 14/07/2023.
Using this product im having several severe issues including medical situation.
1. both of my legs thump finger tip is going numb ( feeling insensitiveness and pain also like swelling )
2. the leg skin colour is going black - this happened by the usage of this product only

hence request you to return or replace the product along with the compensation immediately.
I'm afraid that, Parallally I may have to register this complaint online and to other consumer forums also.

I bought crocs because of its quality and what i got is a cheap quality product that after one wash it will be totally fade. And it is happening in both (left &right ) shoe, what is this why is happening.
The cost was around ₹4995/-after discount i get Rs2257/-.Such a high price product with very low quality should not be in market.
