Exactly same model at the sides store was for 3200/-, so what is the issue did my shopkeeper cheated on me???

Hi . I have purchased i platform crocs from you . It’s been a while now around 2 years . The product and usability is great . I have never had issues but for the past month or so I have been having some issues . The crocs seems to make sounds while waking and even when k shake it as though some small balls are in there . The edges are all intact so there is no way any stone could have entered . It’s there in both the crocs more so on the right. I have taken a video for your perusal . i purchased, Crocs Men Bayaband Black Clogs Sandal from Flipkart on 14/07/2023.
Using this product im having several severe issues including medical situation.
1. both of my legs thump finger tip is going numb ( feeling insensitiveness and pain also like swelling )
2. the leg skin colour is going black - this happened by the usage of this product only

photos are attached here with.

hence request you to return or replace the product along with the compensation immediately.
I'm afraid that, Parallally I may have to register this complaint online and to other consumer forums also.

I brought a crocs in Amazon great Indian sale I used 15 day only it become damage I want replacement and claim the warranty

I bought crocs flip-flop on 19th may . When I am using it is forces to crack on my feet due to lack of cushioning and gives pain .

I bought crocs because of its quality and what i got is a cheap quality product that after one wash it will be totally fade. And it is happening in both (left &right ) shoe, what is this why is happening.
The cost was around ₹4995/-after discount i get Rs2257/-.Such a high price product with very low quality should not be in market.

Got scratches on the edges of the slippers

Unfortunately, I have encountered a defect with one of the slippers. Its strap pasting is coming out. Picture is attached for your reference.This is quite unexpected from a renowned brand like crocs and it raises concerns about the quality of the product..

It is a serious quality concern from a brand like crocs. It is not a routine wear . I would appreciate it if you could investigate whether this issue is related to material defect or any other underlying issue.

Furthermore, I kindly request your assistance in arranging the repair or replacement of my slippers as soon as possible. I value the comfort and durability that Crocs products are known for, and I trust that you will address this matter promptly.

Ive bought crocs from Ajio store 2 months ago and now they start torning under the warranty period i.e. 3 months
So kindly replace my crocs or give me full refund for it as soon as possible.

Tearing of band from inner side. No rough use. 2 slippers bought, both have the same issue.

Its only been 8 months and my crocs are broken. The rubber like material near the belt is broken and the belt is now hanging. What kind of rubbish material are you providing? After visiting your store the only option available of repair was to stick it in a non movable state, then what is my purpose of even purchasing it if I can't adjust it according to my convenience.
