Strip has broken within 2 month

Crocs men's swiftwater expedition M sandal after using it for months, its front strap lock (hook) for left pair has broken with no usual reasons. Is this quality for such a big name "Crocs".

I purchased crocks literide arround a year back from Bhubaneswar. Now its damaged from one place.

I am writing this mail to you to complain about the health issue I faced while wearing the crocs sandals I recently bought. I got sever foot mark and pain when I wore it for a day. I herewith attached the bill copy and shoe with highlighted issue area for the reference. I tried to reached the shop where I purchased the product to return within the warranty period. But to my surprise the shop was closed for renovation and restocking.

Last week I have noticed the shop is open now. I request your support in fixing this issue/return the product. Thanks for understanding.

Me and my brother we bought same crocs and have been using it together, however to my amuse my crocs just shrinked we both have same size crocs but mine is now smaller and is hurting my leg. I need a new pair of crocs or a refund because my whole family uses crocs and we did not expect such a thing!

I am absolutely appauled by the way your customer service representative has behaved with me in my last 4 calls this morning!!! i would request you yo listen to the recordings my number to yohr mumbai number at 10:42am, 10:48am, 10:54am and then 10:59am your csr daksh has not only dropped the calls on me intentionally twice but has not let me speak and furthermore decided he i am the one who was rude

the first call dropped due to network while he was telling me that crocs cannot fullfil a partial order to which me excat words were “but that is very stupid and that if i had paid what would have happened” then the call dropped. Since the call dropped i called back and tried to speak to him and the man daksh would just not listen - all i said was that if a call drops twice the least youall can do is call back but fare enough he said it wasnt intentional and while i agreed he carried on and on and told me that i abused him and that he would intentionally drop the call, during which i kept trying to get a word in that i had not abused him but he did not listen and dropped the call. I called back and for some strange reason i got daksh again and this time i asked him to let me speak instead of him just talking and carrying on and on and not let the customer speak. I have been in client servicing for the last 20 yrs and i know that when a customer talks i should keep quiet and listen but your representative daksh is the exact opposite of what a customer representatovr should be. He is a representative of crocs india who is definately noy doing a good job and he did not even apologise for not listening to me he still had the gaul to tell me that “we have other calls to attend to and if you hv been in customer service you should now there are other calls we need to attend” i am shocked that you have customer service representatives that behave in such a manner!!!

and to top it all instead of any kind of apology there is no acknowledgement also of the disrespect or call drops (intentional/non intentional)

I bought crocs sandals for Rs. 5K just a month and a half back (on 28th March 2023) and the product already has a lot of scratches on the strap of both sandals. The company is denying refund or exchange even though the product is under warranty saying that only manufacturing defects are covered under warranty but the website doesn't mention anything like this. On website they have just mentioned that the product has a warranty of 90 days. Attaching picture of the product, billing details and screenshot of their policy on the website.

I have purchased crocs over Amazon few weeks back and couldn’t use it for daily usage as I am getting corns in and around the feet. Could you please help to resolve this issue at the earliest. I believe the quality is not great and not as expected.

I have purchased a product from Pheonix mall chennai in the month of November. After I used the product I got severe foot pain and swelling when I continuosly wearing it for the whole day. I couldn't use it further. When I tried to return the product to the shop where I made purchase, to my surprise the shop was closed for renovation/restocking for longer period.

Last week I noticed the shop was reopen and tried to explain my issue in-person to the team over there. They understood the issue since it is exceeded the return time limit they requested me to send a mail to the support team and get it approved for return. Please do the needful. Thanks

Myself dilip kumar j from Chennai . I have brought crocs 360 literide pacer shoe in Amazon 5 months back . It’s shocking that in very less use the shoe sole has been teared . I have contacted customer care they said it’s not under 90 days warranty so get repaired at any nearest store . As per instructions I went to near by store at Anna Nagar, but they refused to repair it since they need any mail confirmation or approval for repairing it . Kindly pl do the needful in urgent basis .

I purchased crocs from ajio size M10- W12. It was completed 2 months. Now my crocs are shrinks to small size. I don't know why it is shrinked. Now I unable to use my crocs so kindly do needful action

Crocs are shrinking day by day and the size is becoming small. I am using these crocs since 10 days.Did not expected this quality product from crocs India.

I buy navy blue crocs sandals from pacific mall crocs shop ( bill no.[protected] Delhi, It got compressed within 3 months, I buy on 14th January 2023. Kindly replace it or refund my money back attached photograph of crocs sandals & bill attached.

I used crocs slippers & after washing it gets compressed within 3 months, very disappointing, not a good quality product, please refund my money back or change the sleepers . Attached photograph for your ready reference

The cro k is breaking

I purchased, croc from Bangalore president santiniketan mall show room in last 2022 August, i didn't use them for not even 6 months but observed that sole is separated from top layer

I had worst experience in Mangalore Crocs showroom in Forum Fiza Nexus Mall, i was looking for an Crocs footwear and selected when was walking footware came out due to inappropriate size. Meant while we had swiped the card but billing was not done confirmed by shop manager. Later when I asked to return amount they refused even no assurance of credit note. Never experienced in my entire life shopping life

Used Crocs LiteRide barely for 1 year. That too exclusively INDOOR use. Pathetic quality for Rs.4500. Immensely disappointed by multiple tears. Even the strap which wasn't used tore apart. Can't imagine about customers who had used it outdoors....
