I have placed an online order from crocs online website. I have not yet received my order but receiving mails and messages that my order is successfully delivered. Also crocs website showing delivered status. As i have not received my order then where is my order. Is there any big scam going online. Neither crocs nor the delivery partner Shiprocket (Order ID :#[protected]s1495774 Courier :AWB No. :7X8400362) taking any responsibility. I called the seller Crocs, but their response is the same that order is delivered to me. What should a customer do in that case.
